WARRANTY
1 YEAR WARRANTY
Sideshift Inc. units are warrantied to be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or defective materials for a period of one year on complete SIDESHIFT System Units. Units failing within the warranty period should be returned to Sideshift Inc. assembled and complete with copy of invoice. Sideshift Inc. will not be responsible for any incidental damage or expense caused by or relating to failure of its units.
The following conditions will void our warranty:
- Damage due to improper installation or improper wire size
- Burn-out due to overloading motor or related damage
- Tampering with or altering the motor before or during installation
- Damage due to collision
- Warranty does not cover paint damage, dents and nicks occuring after delivery of the product to the customer.
